As soon as possible! Honestly, we're pretty flexible! Ideally, give us about 2-3 weeks notice so we can make sure everything's perfect. But we've squeezed people in with just a few days' notice before - it really depends on what's going on with our schedule.

If you're planning something during a busy holiday season or it's a big project, definitely reach out earlier (maybe 2-3 months) to lock in your dates. But if you're in a pinch, just give us a call anyway. We'll do our best to make it work!

We  don't need much space, which is great for conventions, corporate events, and boutique shops. Just give us:

• A table and chair
• Good lighting
• Power outlet with three prongs (for my hot foiling and debossing tools)

That's it! We bring everything else - all the equipment and supplies. Super easy setup.

Yes, we routinely arrange teams in Las Vegas, ranging from two to five artists, for events.  We have contacts in other cities and can also bring in artists if necessary.  Contact us, and we can recommend the number of artists needed based on your event details.

Set up is usually a half hour before the event, and breakdown is usually less than 15 minutes.

Yes, definitely! I'm based in Las Vegas.  However, we'd be happy to travel for your event. So yeah, count us in.

We can work on most paper surfaces - place cards, gift tags, menus, notebooks, cards, bookmarks, tote bags and more.

This depends on the type of personalization requested.  For one word or just initials per guest, we average around 45 per hour.  

Engraving can be done on a wide range of materials, including metals, glass surfaces, plastics, and even unconventional surfaces such as ceramics.  Popular items are perfumes, candles, glassware, flasks, mirrors, ornaments, coasters, barware, mugs, tumblers, spirits, wines, liquor, plastic, combs, jewelry, watches, hair clips, cigar cutters, lipgloss, dog tags and more.

This depends on the type of personalization requested.  For one word or just initials per guest, we average around 50 per hour.  

Leather or faux leather items work best, including luggage tags, notebooks, wallets, card holders, passport holders, keychains, mouse pads, airtag holders and leather bags.  Silk items such as scarves, ties, ribbons, and pocket squares can also be foiled.  Pyrography is best on wood items such as charcuterie boards, cork coasters or boxes.
